Job Description and Key Responsibilities

Commitment to support operational delivery of GWHA’s Corporate Team through the provision of responsive IT & data management and administrative support to all internal and external service users. Supporting operational delivery and implementation of ICT Strategy and Policy. Reporting to the Corporate Officer (IT) with accountability through the executive team to the Management committee for policy outcomes and performance 1. Support the delivery of Corporate IT Team Plans/ Initiatives. 2. Assist in the provision of a responsive IT and administrative support service. 3. Liaison with external support agencies. 4. Maintain and update manual and computer records/systems. 5. Maintain website and intranet 6. Provision of internal IT support 7. Assist in the maintenance and update of IT documentation. 8. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all tasks performed. 9. Collaborate with senior IT staff to support larger IT projects and initiatives. 10. Support the preparation of statistical information for reporting purposes. 11. Respond to emergency callouts where appropriate 12. Knowledge of latest technology trends 13. Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills

Proficient ICT skills: excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications incl. SharePoint. Good problem solving skills. Knowledge of website administration processes will be an advantage. Responsive, efficient service providing accurate and appropriate information, assistance and support to external and internal customers and stakeholders. Mitigate complaints through successful service delivery and interaction Proactive engagement with colleagues to support the delivery of Team and Corporate Aims & Objectives. Self-motivated, passionate about technology, flexible, adaptable, reliable, and sociable; demonstrating self-confidence, initiative, and drive. Good oral and written skills.

Education, Qualifications and Training

An HNC IT-related qualification or qualified by experience. Full training will be provided. Proficient ICT skills: excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications incl. SharePoint. Demonstrate practical ability and creative solutions. Knowledge of website administration processes will be an advantage. Being passionate about IT and technology, interested in innovation.
