Key Responsibilities

What OccuTrace need from you: Working outdoors, under your own initiative and using your problem-solving skills, you will truly add value to our customer by capturing meter reading data. To do this you will; · Perform a key role in ensuring our clients receive accurate and up to date data · Accurately photograph and capture commercial water meter details · Establish occupancy status of commercial premises · Efficiently research, plan and execute daily workloads · Deliver a professional and excellent customer service experience when interacting with clients · Manage your own diary and workload, working independently · Upload data in real time onto internal system · Using your own smartphone, you will capture data and carry out visual inspections, providing excellent customer service to positively represent our company values. · What OccuTrace will provide in return: · Working in an open environment, spending a lot of time in the open air · Interacting with customers on a day-to-day basis · Flexible working schedule, with opportunities for overtime

Experience and Knowledge

No experience is needed as we provide full training and full uniform provided, help towards your monthly phone bill, and PPE. What we need from you is the following: · Driving Licence entitling you to drive in the UK with no more than 6 points · Use of your own vehicle · Excellent customer service skills with a flexible approach to tasks & working hours · Open to working in all weather conditions. All successful applicants will be subject to our standard vetting procedures, including passing a basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, identity & address check, driving licence check, proven eligibility to work in the UK check, and previous 5-year employment history check.
