Job Description and Key Responsibilities

This role is open to 16-19 year olds The main duties for this role are: Factoring & Lettings • Provide Clerical and Admin support to Factoring & Letting team. • Assist with quarterly billing process • Learn the role of a factor and private let landlord. • Willingness to learn about Title deeds and Title plans Customer Services • Greet Customers in a professional and courteous manner and direct their enquiry as necessary • Provide cover at admin/clerical support as necessary • Deal with enquiries both in person and by telephone in line with our Customer Care Policy • Assist with taking customer payments in person or via the telephone • Learn about common repairs Income and Arrears • Learn arrears process and assist Factoring & Lettings team with arrears admin General • Work towards the completion of the CIH and SVQ • Maintain appropriate filing systems within departments • Comply with the Association’s Health and Safety Policy • Carry out any other duties as appropriate to the apprenticeship

Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills

Previous experience is not essential The following are desirable: • Some knowledge/ experience of dealing with customers • Numerate • Proficient I.T skills and competent in the use of Microsoft Office • Good Telephone skills • Ability to work on own and part of a team • Good organisational skills

Education, Qualifications and Training

SCQF Level 5 or equivalent in English, Maths is desirable
