Versko offers a range of Managed services, providing hosting and application support for our bespoke developments.
Assist in Managed service customer projects, setting up environments and reporting on issues. • Provide network support, covering hardware and software throughout the Company. • Respond to all customer Helpdesk requests within the agreed timescale. • Complete all monitoring checks as required and raise any issues. • Ensure all backups are taken in accordance with the customer’s service level agreement. • Deliver work within agreed timescales and to the required standard. • Liaise with customers and on occasions work on their site. • Develop and maintain IT skills, to obtain appropriate certifications.
• Have good communication skills, to work as part of a team and liaise with customers. • Willingness to learn and continue to develop skills in network support. • Have a flexible approach to work as you will work on all aspects of network administration.
Have a minimum of HND in Computing Science/ Networking On the job training
Previous experience of working on a customer helpdesk would be benefical. Candidate will be expected to work in the office.
