As well as high quality film production and Photography we work closely with our clients and agency partners to provide marketing support for their content – ensuring it’s effectively integrated with social media and web strategy to support brand development and engagement.

Job Description

The Junior Content production Assistant will report to the Head of Production, will work with other members of the team and with external stakeholders and be involved in every aspect of video and photography content production from inception through to completion. We edit with Adobe Premier Pro and lightroom and Photoshop part of the Adobe Creative Suite. The ideal candidate will have plenty of energy and passion for the role. You’ll have a willingness to learn and develop your skills and will bring creativity and flair. You will be working from our east end studio in Glasgow and in various locations on video shoots. This role has a lot of variety and opportunities to get involved in a wide range of projects with interesting clients and topics. The role will involve some travel and occasional overnight stays. You will be a key member of our fast paced and busy production team. Assisting Producers with video projects, photography shoots and social media content creation providing a great opportunity to develop and increase your skills. Training and experience will be provided on the job. You will work on a variety of client projects with support from experienced team members and have access to gain relevant qualifications appropriate to the role and project needs e.g. Adobe online training.

Key Responsibilities

Working on video and photography pre and post production · Assisting shooting and producing for a wide range of video, photograpy and content creation across our social platforms and client. · Building excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders · Keeping up to date with new content and techniques

Experience and Knowledge

We are seeking an individual with previous knowledge and experience working in video and photography content creation production. Ideally you’ll have had exposure to video and photography camera filming and post production editing, preferably a DSLR/Mirrorless camera or above.

Education, Qualifications and Training

No formal experience is necessary but a qualification in Film/Photograpy/Media Production is desirable.
