About the Company

Industrial Access Systems Ltd can provide access requirements from 1m to 100m. We have a fleet of specialised tracked Spider Boom Lifts that operate from 15m to 23m for indoor and outdoor use that can get into places that standart Booms and scissor lifts cannot. Having won a magor contract we a looking to recruit 1 office/admin apprentice who will learn on the job and be part of this fantistic team to support this contact. We are also an accredited IPAF training Centre and can offer multiple courses for working at height. We have also been an accredited IPAF Rental + Bronze for the past 3 years and are aiming for silver for our next audit. We are a small team of 5 (2 office based one instructor for IPAF and maintenance and 2 operators/maintenance) and looking to expand our workforce to help assist with our contracts that we have been awarded. Job Description

• Answer any incoming calls and direct them to the correct colleague. • Contacting companies to keep them updated of the offers we have for IPAF training. • Book IPAF training into the online website to ensure no bookings are missed for auditing purposes. • Book IPAF training into our company calendar to ensure we have everything allocated to the correct person. • Keep in contact with our existing customers and book in any training for operatives due for renewal or new starts for the company. • Promote our fleet of Spider Access from 15m-25m with spec sheets and brochures.

Experience and Knowledge

Experience in telesales and acheiving set targets Strong phone prescence and dialing out to to customer Business to Business Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong listening skills Outgoing and bubbly personallity with the abilty to build relationships with customers

• Optimistic – to open accounts with new customers. • Detail-oriented – to ensure the correct details are passed on to the correct department in a timely manner. To also have a very close eye for detail to ensure all customers details are recorded perfectly and stored in the cloud. • Coachability – to be capable of being taught and trained to do something better. • Communication – to discuss with managers and colleagues upcoming hires and training. • Passionate – towards your customers and ensure they are selecting the correct course for their operatives or correct machine for their hire.

Education, Qualifications and Training

No Formal Qualifications required but we require someone who is friendly, enthusiastic person, with a "can do" work ethic who works well as part of a team and can work on their own innitiative and has outbound sales experience and understanding of sales processes
