Job Description

Working as part of a small but busy team we handle day to day administrative tasks such as: With experience, training and the completion of basic exams it is hoped the successful candidate will progress to positions of greater responsibility working directly with their own clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Taking pictures and creating floorplans of properties Creating Virtual Tours Drone photography Accompanied Viewings Dealing with incoming correspondence Keeping clients updated Diary management Create documents for electronic signing. Verify and check applications Keep company CRM updated

Experience and Knowledge

An ability to organise yourself efficiently and multi task is important. Some property or office experience is preferable but a desire for a career property is essential. A full, clean driving licence is required.

Key Skills

Excellent organisation skills. Calm and efficient manner. A good communicator. Customer service experience including telephone calls is helpful. Clean, full driving licence Excellent spelling and grammar. Proficient with PC's including Microsoft Office 365

Education, Qualifications and Training

Full training and help will be given to complete tasks, with a view to completing professional exams that will lead to future career progression.
