Job Description

Wedding Planners and decorator Helping to create the couples vision for the special day. Working along side the couples to be creating styles of decoration to suit their theme . Customer service meeting with clients venues and other suppliers wishing the wedding industry . Setting up on day of wedding event deviation backdrops chair covers and other items required Preparation of the above items before. Collection and cleaning Taking appointments and working with our social media

Key Responsibilities

Taking appointments Inputting in our system Communicating with couples and clients with updated about their event Setting up venue decoration on the day of the event Preparations and collections Working as part of our award winning team

Experience and Knowledge

Wedding planning skills would be advantage

Key Skills

Good customer service skills Eye for detail Creative Hard working Basic computing skills Wedding Planning experience but not essential

Education, Qualifications and Training

Event management NQ or above would be advantage but full training shall be given to appropriate candidate
