Job Description

We are looking to recruit Modern Apprentices to help deliver clerical and administrative support within the Home Care Service and to provide a high standard of customer service. This position is predominantly a customer focused call handling service. The aim of Home Care is to support people to live as independently as possible in their own home and receive care that meets their needs and you will be part of that team. Key Responsibilities

Deal with a variety of telephone enquiries in relation to Customer Service, Home Care and Alarm Service. Processing of work using Microsoft Outlook and multiple record management systems including direct recording into systems Working with both internal and external organisations Ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times Working with Home Care Co-ordinators and wider team members and other organisations Communicating with client's families / hospitals and any other relevant people

Experience and Knowledge

There is no requirement for candidates to have administration experience as all training and development will be provided.

Education, Qualifications and Training

No qualifications are essential. English, Maths & another subject at standard grade (credit Level) or equivalent Vocational Qualification is desirable.

Additional Requirements

Training provided will be SVQ Level 2 in Business Administration. Therefore candidates must show commitment to achieving the qualification. Throughout the programme candidates will receive training, support and on the job experience
