Fantastic opportunity to join a two-year training program as a Trainee Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst on a starting salary of £21,255 with staged increased on successful completion of each module. Candidates can expect a salary of £25,835 within two years with staged bonuses for outstanding performers.
This role is supported by a small experienced team and consists of a combination of on-the-job training and recognised industry qualifications.

This role is predominantly site-based. The majority of our clients are based in the central belt with occasional travel throughout Scotland and the UK required.
Investigation, sampling and assessment of building materials as part site-based survey teams.
Carrying out air monitoring and clearance procedures.
Provide office support to assist with the completion of asbestos survey reports.
Adherence with Health, Safety, Quality and Technical procedures and completion of corresponding documentation.
Commitment to gaining BOHS P402, P403 & P404 qualifications over two-year period.
Commitment to achieving excellent individual and company audit performance.

Essential:
Must be educated to a minimum of National 4 level
Must hold clean driving license
Desirable:
CSCS card or relevant construction industry qualifications such as IPAF, Working at Height etc.
Basic experience and competence in Microsoft Office is essential - further training will be provided.
Experience of team working, problem solving, time management, adapting to new software and learning new skills is desirable.
Must be willing to accommodate occasional travel to support UK wide contracts.
The role will suit someone who likes visiting varying sites in changing environments whether this is in the office, in various buildings or outdoors.
