Indigo are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity to join us as a 1st line support engineer in our operations team. The team is made up of 8 and is the first response to any of our inbound client communications.
There is lots of room for development and progression in this role and is an ideal position for an entry in to the IT industry.
You will assist in developing the technical knowledge on the support team with a real passion for IT and providing outstanding customer service.
The role will act as the first port of call for the service desk team, exposing yourself to a number of cloud solutions and a real chance to boost your career in the right direction and progression into a 2nd line/Projects role.
Core Responsibilities:
- Answering Fault Desk Calls .
- Diagnosing faults and following the knowledge base to resolve.
- Working with senior engineers to assist with complex support issues and project work.
- Pre-Install works including, software set-up, hardware installations and delivering product training.
- Internal IT Support and management of the internal portfolio.
- Project Management.
- Up-skilling of key client accounts.
Good communication skills, time management and customer service.

Educated to National 5 Level for English and Maths.
Desirable to be educated to Higher Level for English and/or Computing.
Any further education desirable.
It would be advantageous if you had current/previous experience working at another MSP as well as exposure to Azure/Azure AD In a 1st Line IT Support Engineer role, or a qualification in a related technology.
Full UK Driving Licence desired.
