We are looking to employ an Apprentice to increase portfolio of clients. Marketing and increasing our clients strategically targeting prospects and turning into sales.
You will work to increase maintain and grow client relationships with a strong focus on the local and UK markets. You will play a pivotal role to ensure the success of client Brands.
General Job tasks and responsibilities;
Increasing sales revenue and meeting targets
Call and Visit prospects to offer relevant Products,Services and Book meetings.
Strategically target client prospects
Respond to client questions, queries, or concerns promptly
Conduct the necessary activities in order to ensure services are delivered above client expectations
Identify, develop and communicate relevant marketing strategies
Identify upcoming opportunities
Liaise between the company director and clients
Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available
Persists in sales even in the face of failure
Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
Answers questions from clients
Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources
Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market
Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees
Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement
Makes product appeal to the target market
Makes sure that all salespeople meet quota during a given period
Sets up booths at trade shows and demonstrates the quality or uses of a product
Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines
CAN-DO Attitude and willing to learn
You have the skills to understand and meet customer needs quickly and efficiently.
Be available to work from home or office or out of office
Proven ability to work autonomously and structure your week to ensure projects are delivered on time whilst still managing your day to day tasks
Accountable for client relationships and campaign success, ensuring client expectations are constantly exceeded.
Be able to quickly and effectively build rapport with clients and diffuse any tense situations.
Demonstrated an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Solid presentation skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately influence others.
Solid computer literacy, preferably with knowledge.
