The job will be to assist the full accounts team ranging from assisting the Financial Director with tasks to answering incoming calls.
Also assisting the credit-control manger and her team with task on the recovery of debts, from making contact with clients to setting up payment plans, as well as carrying out admin tasks.
Learning the purchase ledger process from when an invoice comes into business to the moment it is paid. Helping the purchase ledger team out with admin tasks.
At invoicing time a large part of the role is to take incoming calls to take payments or assist clients with queries.
