Conduct & file annual VAT return
Submit vehicle changes to HMRC - quarterly
Collate annual bank statements for Accountant
Input authorised timesheets (hours and travel), SSP, etc
Process monthly payments, produce and distribute payslips
Produce monthly salary & NI reports for file
Professionalism and discretion
Excellent telephone and team working skills
Knowledge of SAGE and Mentor CASH software

Higher education a minimum.
Training in CASH and Sage would be highly desirable
An excellent working knowledge of SAGE
Experience in the Security or Fire Industry
Knowledge of fault management software and logging jobs
Monthly bank reconciling
Experience in dealing with customer enquiries
Knowledge of BSI or NSI standards would be advantageous.
