We have an excellent opportunity for an administrator/customer service advisor within a face paced office. This position would be assisting existing office staff to ensure the smooth running of our busy department.
Responsibilities of this role are.
Processing customer invoices.
Answering telephone calls and dealing with customer enquiries.
Updating Customer Information.
Answering Customer emails.
Assisting Office Staff.
Excellent Communication skills are essential as this role is based on Customer interaction a large portion of your working day. Candidates should also be confident with a polite and helpful manner and presentable appearance and good time keeping.
J.R Fine Foods is a family run business with over 30 years of trading experience. We are a food supplier to the Hospitality Industry with a vast range of products. Based in the East End of Glasgow with under 10 staff we are a small friendly business with a pleasant working environment.
Educated to NAT 4 level or above.
Basic computer skills are required and also knowledge of Microsoft packages is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
Start Date approximately 14/06/21, full training will be provided.
