Job Description

You will be placed in Business Development and support marketing campaigns for our clients. You will help the company in running Sprint training workshops. You hold a passion for innovation, proficiency in sales and helping in creating engaging content. You want to develop further professional competence in Marketing, Lead Generation and working with freelance professionals and designers.

Key Responsibilities

Typical duties include: Research and identify prospects throughout Glasgow/ UK. Interview prospects to uncover customer needs and identify new leads Promote the company’s training material, products/services to right audiences for lead generation Develop new outbound campaign ideas, and test different approaches. Manage and track pipeline, strategically prioritising your efforts to maximise results. Arrange screening meetings with prospective clients or strategy sessions. Help run workshops.

Business and marketing skills. Empathy for users. Garner user feedback on the training resources provided by InnovateFromZero Help clients understand the ever-changing landscape and how working closely with us beyond training can help them achieve successful product development.

Education, Qualifications and Training

Any internship work experience in sales, marketing and training will give you extra points.

Experience & Knowledge

You are self-motivated, self-organised, ambitious and want a fast-paced startup experience working in business development and marketing. Prior formal experience not required but useful.
