We are social housing provider with over 1300 properties and cover the G51 area, in addition to small pockets of G52.
MA Housing Team - providing excellent customer service to our tenants and owners while supporting the housing team in various duties including rent management, housing allocations, antisocial behaviour, estate management and much more. You will also be required to liaise with other teams at LHA. MA Wider Role Team - providing excellent customer services to our tenants and owners in relation to welfare advice, tenancy support and community engagement. This post will involve close collaboration with our Officers to ensure we provide overall support to our most vulnerable customers.
Both posts - good communication, high level of I.T literacy, problem solving capabilities, good time keeping, be well presented with the ability to work individually and as part of a team. Knowledge relating to social housing or welfare rights would be welcomed but it is not essential at interview stage. A positive attitude is essential for both roles, as is the ability to follow instruction and have confidence to complete tasks professionally, highlighting any issues if support is required.
No essential requirements however both roles require a basic level of English and Maths. Education will be provided throughout the apprenticeship where further qualifications can be attained.
