The successful candidates will be based within our Customer Services Team, progressing on a rotational basis to Benefit Processing, Members Records and Liaibilties and Payments teams, gaining valuable knowledge of how a final salary and CARE scheme operates.
Duties are varied but include:
• General administrative support including ingoing and outgoing mail, processing enquiries from internal/external stakeholders via telephone, letter, email, call centre and reception duties.
• Responsibility for maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
• Data maintenance, liaising with employers, collating and providing statistical information for reporting purposes.
• Pension administration including processing of benefit and payroll calculations via the Altair Pensions Administration system (includes the use of a task management and document imaging systems).
Candidates are required to have good communication skills both oral and written. The ability to work to a strict timetable is also essential. Basic IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word/Excel and email is required. You will have an interest in Administration and Business.

National 4 and / or above in English and Maths is required
