We are a very busy immigration Law firm in the centre of Glasgow. Working for our Firm means you will be part of a strong team of lawyers and admin staff. The work is varied and you will develop a work based knowledge around what you do.
As a secretary / typist in a busy office you will be required to type from dictation, Answering the phone and dealing with the public. You will be expected to do admin tasks like filing, scanning and photocopying.
Familiar with Word Good communication skills Typing skills Ability to communicate with others Answering the phone Administrative tasks Good organisational skills
Educated to a certain level in English Good qualifications in basic skills.
It is expected that the successful applicant can begin work as soon as possible after the interview.
