Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a consulting or engineering environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Education: A strong foundation in English, Maths, or Business Studies. A Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) (optional but beneficial) in: Business Administration Marketing Finance or Accounting Digital Marketing Communications or Media Studies Qualifications & Skills: Relevant certifications or diplomas in: Office Administration (e.g., NVQ/SVQ Level 3 or 4) Social Media Marketing (e.g., CIM Level 3 Foundation Certificate or other digital marketing qualifications) Basic Accounting or Bookkeeping (e.g., AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting or similar) Additional Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for day-to-day administrative tasks. Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks for invoicing and financial tasks. Social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or native platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook). Basic understanding of marketing principles and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) for content creation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, team members, and vendors. Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing finance and marketing tasks. Basic understanding of GDPR and compliance requirements related to data handling, especially in marketing.
