Job Description and Key Responsibilities

Working within Glasgow Life's Learning and Development Team you will provide general administrative support including but not limited to:
- Preparing training materials for a range of courses including photocopying, printing and making up participant folders
- Processing feedback and evaluation forms
- Responding to emails to our generic learning and development inbox and diverting them to the appropriate person if and when required
- Mail duties
- Processing training registers ( Inc. SAP numbers)
- Supporting Learning Advisors with rooms set up

Key Skills,Experience & Knowledge

Candidates are required to possess good oral and written communication skills. The ability to work to timescales is also essential. Be able to work as part of a team but working using their own initiative is also essential. Candidates should also be diligent, have a good attention to detail, possess good time keeping skills and hard working with a willingness to learn.

No experience is necessary however and working knowledge of relevant computer systems such as Microsoft Office ( word/excel, emails) is desirable.

Education, Qualifications and Training
