We are a renewable energy sales and installation business. We install Solar Panels, Home Insulation and Air Source Heat Pumps into residential homes across Scotland.
- Dealing with customer enquiries - Complaint handling - Support with book-keeping activities - Create and update databases/trackers for business purposes - Manage data entry - Oversee office inventory - Organise files and records - Assist with MCS Compliance - Provide general support to Management team.
Working in a fast paced and busy office environment, main responsibilities would be: - Manage communication channels such as phone calls and emails. - Handle customer enquiries/complaints and ensure systems are updated to reflect customer interaction. - Maintain filing systems and ensure proper retention, protection and disposal of records. - Manage data entry and other record keeping tasks. - Procurement of office supplies
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Teams) - Excellent communication skills - verbal and written. - Experience of working in an office environment
- Detail orientated - Punctual with excellent time keeping - Time management skills
Educated to standard grade level.
