Job Description

• Liaise closely with the CSR team and CSR Manager to develop effective understanding of the business including client KPIs, good news stories and outcomes. • Create social media and website content and communications to raise the brand profile. • Control the content on all social media and digital channels to ensure appropriate content, quality and compliance. • Recommend appropriate social media and comms channels for various types of content and communications. • Highlight successes of the business including key partnerships, project completions and milestones, employability programmes, Awards, training programmes, etc. • Work cross departmentally to ensure sound business understanding and priorities. • Utilise a range of software to create images and content. • Review suitability of internal comms methods, specifically for sharing business updates and general information with all colleagues. • Consider Business goals and prioritise and align social media and comms strategy to support the business to achieve these outcomes. • Advise the business on new and emerging technologies. • Attend sites to liaise with staff, tenants and clients as well as capturing photos and videos of key projects and stages of development, etc. • Build relationships with all departments.

Key Responsibilities

To generate appropriate, engaging and interesting content and communications for use both internally and externally to the business. To drive stakeholder engagement, enhance social media use, work in partnership with the CSR Manager to create content and comms which reflects the impact we have on our communities including our own staff, tenants and end users, our clients and the areas in which we build. To align comms and content with our key business values: Listen, Build, Connect.

Experience and Knowledge

• Qualification or experience in a relevant field such as communications, marketing, etc. • Effective communicator • Highly IT literate, including software such as InDesign, Adobe, etc. (tell us what other software you need!) • Basic project management skills and fundamentals • Excellent time management skills • Comfortable and confident in communicating with a diverse workforce • Sound knowledge and understanding of social media, marketing, etc • Full UK Driving Licence with access to own transport.

Education, Qualifications and Training
