We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team, responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving growth in the security and cleaning sectors.

Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the security and cleaning sectors in Glasgow. You will work with our marketing team and Director. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as building new relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the security and cleaning sectors in Glasgow * Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business growth targets * Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention * Research and identify new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and online research * Develop and present proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of our services * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth * Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates on progress towards targets * Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to build relationships and stay up-to-date with industry trends

Experience and Knowledge

* Experience working with similar companies or industries in Glasgow * Strong connections within the security and cleaning industries in Glasgow

Key Skills

* 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field * Proven track record of successfully bringing in new clients within the security and cleaning sectors * Understanding of the security and cleaning industries in Glasgow * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Education, Qualifications and Training

* Experience working with similar companies or industries in Glasgow * Strong connections within the security and cleaning industries in Glasgow
