Job Description

Admin assistant

Greeting customers in reception
Answering phones
Responding to customer emails and online leads
Manage customer queries.
Updating database records
Sending Quotations and communications to customers via email and letter.
Maintaining samples and brochures in the office
Arranging appointments and managing the Sales Diaries and inputting into the database
Taking cash/card payments over the phone or in reception
Obtaining source of sales lead generation information
Other general daily administration duties including filing, basic housekeeping etc.

Key Responsibilities

Strong customer service experience, front of house ideal
A friendly and welcoming approach
Computer literacy skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
Administrative experience
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisational skills and able to multitask and work under pressure.
Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
