We are a provider of care , Learning Disability and mental health staffing solutions of all tenures from on call to permanent. Our team of 10 have many years experience in matching the right people to the right roles to exceed clients expectations As a small organisation we select our staff personally and ensure their skills, experience and motivation match the requirements of the clients. We provide our clients with a detailed, regularly updated profile on each member of staff including a photograph. We are a niche provider servicing Glasgow ensuring that our people are available at short notice 24/7. Our dedicated Head Office team are based in Glasgow’s and are easily accessible. Our priority is Customer Service backstage. We believe if we look after our team, they will look after our clients.

Job Description

1.Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging social media content to reach target audiences. E.g., original text, photos, videos, and news. 2. Create and advise on a Social Media strategy. 3. Maintain a digital dashboard of several social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube Snapchat, and Instagram. 4. Collaborate and Coordinate with departments/teams for media content. 5. Ensure brand consistency on all platforms and reports. 6. Put together infographics, newsletters, presentations, videos, and more as and when required. 7. Assisting and attending networking events. 8. Create, plan, and agree on monthly social media content across all channels. 9. Creating and updating information for clients. 10. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews. 11. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions. 12. Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications. 13. Learning industry knowledge about the sector for relevant innovative content. 14. Managing our company website, ensuring it is up-to-date and user-friendly. 15. Overseeing content creation for the website, ensuring it aligns with the overall marketing strategy. 16. Coordinating and managing online campaigns, including SEO and SEM. 17. Utilising analytics tools to monitor website and social media performance. 18. Collaborating with external partners for content creation and promotion. 19. Any other duties required in line with this Job Description, as advised by the Chief Executive. 20. Knowledge and ability to use WordPress for website updates.
