we are a successful independent Communications Companies. A local, national and International specialists of Telecoms Installation, Maintenance and support to the Telecoms Channel, with a large client base that is till growing.
This is a hybrid role which will be part office based and part field based. This is also a new role with huge potential to progress in to our full field based engineer team.
• Being confident when answering the phone • Having a professional manner when dealing with clients and customers. • Taking ownership of customer enquiries and managing to completion (enquires will vary but will mainly concern the customer’s mobiles, phone system, broadband) • Customising phone systems remotely as per customer requests • Troubleshooting faults with regards to the customer's phone system, broadband & mobiles • Contributing to the growth of the business
• Experience or qualification within IT Knowledge of IT Hardware is desirable
• Technically minded with strong problem-solving skills • Good communication skills • An organised person who is self driven • An emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail • Forward thinking and positive mindset • Advantageous to have experience within telecoms industry but not essential • A full UK Driving license.
• Nat 5 Maths • Nat 5 English • Experience or qualification within IT
