We are a training provider based in the southside of Glasgow. Since 2008, we have helped students to get the training and the qualifications needed either in finding employment in various sectors. Our aim is to help create more employment opportunities within Scotland and are currently working with various recruitment agencies, it has enabled us to progress into launching small training programmes to help people to develop new skills and progress in their respective fields. • Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests • Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages • Handling bookkeeping, budgeting and billing cycles for the business • Organising meetings, scheduling appointments and overseeing catering during company events • Supervising administrative staff, designing office workflow, assessing staff and providing feedback to improve internal performance • Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information • Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations

No experience is necessary but the experience of working in a team is desirable.

Must be educated to a minimum of National 4 level. Commitment to complete a modern apprenticeship
This is a permanent position and applicants are expected to complete a Modern Apprenticeship. The qualification can be completed in one year.
