The main aim of this post is to provide a welcoming reception service and office administration support for the people at Cranhill Development Trust.
Reception / Call handling -
First point of contact for people entering the building
Dealing with all incoming calls within a timely manner
Outbound calls
Handling enquiries and directing to appropriate staff
Mail and parcel handling
Administration -
Form completion
Data input
Photocopying
Document scanning
Inputting to staff diaries
Support with updates to programme, leaflets and mailing lists
Miscellaneous - Any other duties which may be reasonably requested by Management.

Cranhill Development Trust is an integral part of its community, responding successfully to the complex needs of Cranhill since 2002.
Our programme includes Employability and Welfare support, Health and Wellbeing activities including our popular holiday programme and community gardening sessions, and Learning and Development that provides ESOL provision, certificated courses and volunteer opportunities.
We currently have a team of 13 staff and 46 volunteers.
In the last year we supported with more 1700 people.
Through these activities we are helping to create an inclusive, healthier, and happier community in Cranhill.
