An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual ideally with an interest in Finance and Administration to join our successful charity.
The role involves coordinating daily financial tasks, processing invoices, and maintaining a digital record of financial documents. You will assist our Finance Manager in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the finance department, from data entry to month end reporting. We require a friendly, outgoing individual with great communication skills to take on reception duties as part of this role as well as assist with HR duties also.
Financial Systems, General Admin/IT Skills, HR Systems, Reception Duties.
Someone who has:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet challenging deadlines.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Knowledge of, or experience of using Xero Accounting system software would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
