This is a full-time, permanent, office-based role within Glasgow
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Address the individual needs of each customer in a professional and respectful manner, using an appropriate tone and communication style.
• Provision of administration support to internal staff and business centre.
• Dealing with queries via telephone, email and in person
• Service customer contract agreements, including retention of business if customer looking to cancel agreement
• Processing invoices and customer contract changes
• Liaise with relevant departments to assist provision of company information to customers and relevant third-party contractors • Covering reception when necessary
• All general office admin tasks Skills required:
• Previous experience in office administration/reception is not required as training will be provided.
• A customer focused attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills • Organised and great attention to detail
• Empathetic and friendly telephone manner
• Knowledge in MS office is relevant to this position
