Salary: £22k-£24k depending on experience

Hours:

(Full-time) 35 hours across Mon-Fri ideally between 9am - 5pm (Flexible & remote working available when fully trained)

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a new Website Helpdesk Co-ordinator to be our first point of contact for our client service desk. In this role, you will be responsible for handling and assigning incoming client requests, dealing with support tickets and performing general website administrative duties.

Additionally, project support and tasks will be filtered via this individual to the rest of the team.

As a growing digital marketing agency specialising in helping law firms succeed, we have an increasing number of clients needing help and support with various aspects of their online presence. We are therefore looking for a new dedicated person to help with this role.

Day-to-day duties include:

Answering client requests using our support software (Zendesk);
Carrying out basic website administrative duties, such as
Editing websites
Uploading new pages to websites
Editing & uploading images
Assigning and allocating tasks among the team where relevant
Ensuring SLAs are maintained

Essential skills & experience:

You must have a good understanding of software and technology generally
Exceptional analysis and troubleshooting skills
You must have good organisational and administrative skills and a keen eye for detail.
You must be driven to deliver excellence and a high standard of customer care.
You must be a confident communicator with excellent communication skills.
You must be a digital native who is confident with Microsoft Office and in learning new software tools.
You must be thorough and methodical in your work.
You must display a positive attitude with the desire to learn and build on skills and knowledge.
You must be confident in using your own initiative, in solving problems and in asking for assistance.

Preferred skills & experience:

Experience of using content management systems (such as Wordpress, Joomla, or Umbraco etc)
Experience of using support ticketing software (such as Zendesk)
Experience of task management software such as Basecamp, Active Collab etc
Project management skills

Education, Qualifications and Training

Must be educated to a minimum of National 4 level. Evidence of top level grades in at least some subjects at school would be preferred.
