Job Description

We're looking recruit a brilliant new trainee production/post production technician to work within our fast moving production environment. The successful individual will work across production and post production and look after our equipment store.
You will have the chance to work on all of our projects for commercial clients and our screen and broadcast projects.

Reporting to our Senior Production technician you should have a keen interest in all things technical. Some experience and an enthusiasm for Cameras, wider production equipment, the Adobe Creative Suite and Apple computers is essential. The successful candidate will be hard working, a problem solver, diligent, enthusiastic and a fantastic ambassador for our award winning production company.
This is a trainee role and as such we will support your learning and progression in all areas.

Key Responsibilities

Will include but will not be limited to:

Preparing equipment for production
Cleaning and maintaining equipment
Packing production and crew vehicles
Supporting on Risk Assessments
Shooting B-roll for productions
Handling media
Assembling edits
Grading footage
Mixing Sound
Motion Graphics
Supporting the Director/Producer on all projects
Creating marketing content and supporting the Company Production Assistant
Supporting on the development of projects and the technical needs
Collecting and returning equipment from Facilities Houses

Education, Qualifications and Training

NC or HNC level or above in Media/Video Production/Film would be welcome
Other relevant training should be listed on your application

Experience & Knowledge

Experience working as a self shooter, editor or production assistant is welcome
