- Answering Fault Desk Calls .
- Diagnosing faults and following the knowledge base to resolve.
- Working with senior engineers to assist with complex support issues and project work.
- Pre-Install works including, software set-up, hardware installations and delivering product training.
- Internal IT Support and management of the internal portfolio.
- Project Management.
- Up-skilling of key client accounts.
Front line management and logging of customer support issues and queries.
Managing customer base and being main point of contact for inbound contact.
Provide a level of technical knowledge to our customers and for senior engineers.
Good communication skills, time management and customer service.

Basic knowledge of IT especially Wifi and Connectivity and experience of using Microsoft office programmes.
