Job Description

Working in the admin team the successful candidate will support the needs of other admin staff, who will train the candidate in how to do anything that we require of them. The candidate will be trained how to mail goods for shipment in the UK. How to mail goods for export in Europe and beyond. How to enter date to the companies management system, including purchasing data, product data and other data. How to answer and divert calls and respond to purchase and information requests. Candidates that show promise will have great opportunities for advancement and increase in salary in this fast growing company if they show capability to take on additional activities in the development of the company such as marketing, social media marketing or other activity that adds value.

Key Responsibilities

After sufficient training you will be able to
Answer phone and divert calls as necessary
Enter date to the company management system
Arranging schedules for UK installation staff including booking hotels, ferries and entering expense reports.
Organising installation of new products including in our export markets such as Australia and Canada.
Undertaking tasks for the the head of business administration, head of operations and the managing director as they see suitable to your abilities.
