Reporting to the Managing Director you are required to provide administrative support to the business.
• Handling all incoming calls and distributing them accordingly • First point of contact in office reception area • Responsible for all aspects of mail in line with our internal process • Liaising with clients via telephone / email as required • Updating our internal CRM system • Process of payments through Sage/World pay issuing receipts • Responsible for the issuing of all internal letters as required • Management of boardroom diary system • Organising meeting rooms, including set up and refreshment facilities • Day to day housekeeping duties as appropriate • Assisting with the general administration of the business • Office Inventory
• A polite and friendly telephone manner • Confident in working within Microsoft Office Software • Maintain a professional and positive manner when dealing with colleagues & customers • To be able to work on own initiative • To be able to prioritise and time manage • An eagerness to learn and flourish in a very important role • A can do attitude • Comfortable working within a small team
