At McAllister Litho Glasgow we are looking for individuals who enjoy
working as part of a close team with a can-do attitude and keen to deliver
outstanding customer service. You will also take responsibility for what
you do, and we actively encourage innovation and improvement processes
from all staff. We have a relaxed working atmosphere and put trust in the
staff to get on with the job.
We are looking for three print finishing apprentices. Don’t be thinking we
only want candidates straight from school, we absolutely want new blood
in the industry but maybe you want a career change or perhaps you are
already in the print trade and want to change jobs – whatever the reason we
are to happy to discuss all options and possibilities. Age, background and
qualifications are not a restriction in our company.
You will have the chance to be trained by some of the best guys in the
business who have a wealth of knowledge and experience. You will have the
opportunity to learn a wide and varied range of print finishing skills including
folding, stitching, guillotining, cut/crease cylinder, laminating and much more.
We will provide you with all the training and support you need to be
successful and skilled in the industry but it’s a two way street, we need
commitment, dedication and a willingness to learn.
We offer a competitive salary which is negotiable depending on experience
and skill set.
