Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available in our Glasgow print shop for a Customer Service & Admin Executive to join our established location. This customer focused role is a pivotal point of contact for queries, quotes, and orders. The role involves managing customers’ expectations with an aim to provide outstanding level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

? Dealing face to face, over the phone, website enquiries, and via email with clients, vendors, and prospective customers.
? Taking all inbound calls and providing first line of engagement, making outbound sales and marketing calls.
? Taking and processing customer quotes, following up on quotes, progressing orders, invoicing, and invoice follow up.
? Daily administration of our in-house pricing and management software, and the basic bookkeeping duties. Filing and other admin duties.
? Providing various print finishing duties when required (training provided) and supporting clients print & design requirements.
? Any other duties as required.

High interpersonal skills to develop and sustain good working relationships
Experience in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
Familiar with business accounting software
Understanding of basic financial principles
Understanding of Production and Customer Administration processes
Ability to deliver exceptional levels of customer service
Experienced in dealing with conflict, to bring resolution in a positive manner
Excellent at working in a team
Inquisitive and confident at putting ideas forward

Education, Qualifications and Training

Must be educated to minimum of National 4 levels

Experience & Knowledge

Will be well presented and have excellent communication skills as direct (inbound & outbound) interaction with customers is a major part of this role.
? Will have the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
? Will display a desire to learn new skills and be able to follow instructions.
? Will have good computer skills and basic office administration skills.
? Will have knowledge of Microsoft Office and any other accounting suite like Sage or Free Agent will be a plus.
