As a Trainee Production and Accounts Administrator, you will be providing our clients with the highest standards of customer service through supporting and assisting our team. Duties are listed under Key Responsibilities. All the while you will be building your own knowledge of our business processes, gaining invaluable experience and skills.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
The role includes, but is not limited to:
• Using in-house Customer Relationship Management software
• Contacting suppliers for prices and progress of orders
• Organising deliveries out
• Receiving deliveries in
• Sample ordering and filing
• Catalogue filing and general office tidying
• Stock picking and fulfilment
• Entering and filing purchase invoices
• Reconciling and filing supplier statements
• Assisting with marketing and art room work
The Diploma in Digital Application Support can be tailored to the individual job role. Units covered include:
Developing Personal and Team Effectiveness using IT
Using Collaborative Technology
Digital Information Management
Digital Network Environments
Optimising IT System Performance
Industry Specific Enhancement
Further optional units will be agreed in discussion with Mentors and Candidates.

Recent growth means that we now have an opportunity for a candidate interested in gaining an SVQ qualification and experience as a Trainee Production and Accounts Administrator to join us.
You will successfully complete a Modern Apprenticeship Diploma in Digital Application Support and gain on-the-job experience, skills and knowledge by working with our production, sales and finance teams in a busy and varied environment.

Minimum National 5 English and Maths plus 1 other subject
No prior experience is necessary, however basic IT skills would be an advantage.
The proposed start date for working in our office is 1st August 2022 and it is anticipated that training for the Diploma in Digital Application Support will commence in September.
Commitment to completion of the 2-year apprenticeship is essential.
