Job Description

Job Purpose To carry out key office administration processes from inputting into bespoke systems both internal and external.
Collation and preparation of reports, filling etc all in a timely
And accurate manner as per the requirements of various clients and in accordance with MPMH Construction’s internal audit specifications.

Any other reasonable activities, tasks or duties as may be required to meet the ongoing or changing needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Key Duties
• Finding out what the clients requirements are.
• Assistance in the preparation of site O&M manuals.
• Comply with internal reporting requirements and company ISO 9001;14001;45001 processes and procedures.
• Process and monitoring.
• Researching materials, equipment and labour costs.
• Collecting quotes from material suppliers and Sub Contractors.
• Analysis company data, and using software packages.
• Helping with bids for new contracts and supporting buying activities.
• You would work closely with other professionals including Construction Managers, Surveyors etc
• Perform Administration duties such as filing, photocopying, e mail’s.
• Typing minutes
• Making up project Folders & Job files
• Printing Drawings
• Assist with Matching Purchase orders & invoices

Education, Qualifications and Training

Education to Standard Grade level.
Good Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
Computer literate
Good verbal & writing skills

Experience & Knowledge

• Computer literate Microsoft applications Excel 7 Word.
• Methodical
• Diligent and thorough in review and entry of data onto IT systems.
• Self motivated and good organisational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Be able to demonstrate a professional approach and work on own initiative.
• Be able to adapt to working bespoke IT systems
• Adhere to Company rules and regulations set out in the Company Handbook, including attendance and timekeeping standards
• Demonstrate commitment to the Company at all times.
• To assist with any other duties as and when required by the Company
